'URICKEA' is a spacious two storey, detached family holiday home. It has been refurbished to a very high standard, is very well equipped, with all modern facilities and very comfortable to live in. Well located in heart of Jamestown, convenient for shopping and restuarants with only a short distance from the sea front.

GROUND FLOOR:
LOUNGE: is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD, Radio/CD player. There are also a selection of reading material and board games.
DINING ROOM: large dining table and chairs seating 6 adults comfortably. Dresser /storage cupboard space and an easy chair.
KITCHEN: well equipped including electric double oven cooker, refridgerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. The rear door leads to the patio.
PATIO: enclosed area with outdoor table and chairs for your use.
FIRST FLOOR:
LANDING: gives access to all bedrooms, bathroom and upstairs veranda.
BEDROOM 1: the master bedroom is a very comfortbale and spacious large room, furnished with a pine double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dresser and 2 seater sofa. Windows overlook the side and rear of the property.
BEDROOM 2: to the front of the property and facing south towards James Bay, furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dresser.
BEDROOM 3: has 2 full size single pine beds, bedside cabinets and combination wardrobe/dresser. This room is at the rear of the property and overlooks private woodlands.
BATHROOM: very spacious room which consists of a bath, toilet, seperate shower cubicle and wash hand basin. Running hot water provided by solar panel heating with a backup emersion.
VERANDA: facing south towards James Bay, wooden flooring with folding relaxing chairs.
TARIFF 2010
LONG TERM RENTAL: deposit required is 1 month's rental with booking, plus £330 inventory deposit (refunded on departure) less cost of any breakages or damage. Reasonable wear & tear excluded.
PRICE per MONTH or part month = £330.00
Minimium rental = 3 months
(Note: Electricity, water, telephone, Internet, TV = Occupants must set up own account with supplier and is responsible for all bills)
SHORT TERM RENTAL: deposit required is 25% with booking, balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
1-7 nights = £55 per night
8-14 nights = £45 per night
15-28 nights = £40 per night
over 28 nights = £30 per night
Minimium charge = £330
(Note: Electricity, water, local telephone calls only, are inclusive (see note on services, a first night starter pack of basic food items is provided on arrival).

SERVICES
Urickea has an appointed agent on the Island who will help if required to set up supplier accounts and any queries during your stay.
A fully plumbed automatic washing machine is installed for your use.
No overeas calls authorised unless private set up with supplier.
RESTRICTIONS:
Smoking is not permitted on the premises of Urickea to include the grounds
Sorry PETS are not allowed
People living in the house must be over 15 yrs old exceptions to this must be made with permission of the owner at time of booking.
Only those persons listed on the booking form may occupy the property.
OTHER
The owner is not responsible for any changes to the RMS St.Helena sailing schedule
Urickea is not reserved until booking is confirmed and a deposit is received.
Urickea operates a 'meet & greet' service on arrival & departure
